Driver Reactivation Process

Step 1: Service Selection

Client logs on to www.gigrestartsolutions.com. Click Reactivation Services. Select the service you wish to purchase. Complete purchase.

Step 2: In-Person Consultation

If you choose In-Person Consultation there is a $159.99 fee in addition to the price of the service you selected.

 

Step 3: Client Intake & Case Evaluation

After client purchases service, client completes a detailed intake form (Client Intake Form can be found in the "More" section). Please complete fully and submit. We will review the reason for deactivation, account history, and supporting documentation to determine eligibility and strategy.

Step 4: Document Collection & Review

We collect key documents such as driver’s licenses, background reports, deactivation notices, and communications to identify gaps or issues. We will also contact slient to come the Defense Worksheet.

Step 5: Case Strategy Development

We analyze the root cause of deactivation and develop a customized reactivation plan based on the case.

Step 6: Appeal & Documentation Preparation

We draft professional appeal letters and prepare supporting documentation aligned with platform requirements.

Step 7: Submission & Follow-Up

We guide clients through submission and provide support on responses while monitoring progress. We may appear with you during your hearing.

Step 8: Reactivation & Next Steps

We assist with reactivation and guide clients on maintaining compliance and avoiding future issues.

Step 9: Service Purchase (For DMV Alliance Non-Members Outside DC, MD, VA)

If you are not a member of DMV Alliance Drivers Reactivation or are located outside of the DC, Maryland, or Virginia region, you will be required to purchase the appropriate reactivation service on the “Reactivation Services” page before proceeding with your case.

​Step 10: Service Purchase (For Drivers Outside DC, MD, VA)

If you are located outside of the DC, Maryland, or Virginia region, you will be required to purchase the appropriate reactivation service on the “Reactivation Services” page before proceeding with your case. We will then complete the court documents, and if online filing is an option, we will process.

Court Visit Policy

 

One Court Visit Included

 

Your Gig Restart Solutions Reactivation Service includes one (1) court visit by a Gig Restart Solutions Representative as part of your purchased service. This court visit is non-refundable, whether or not the client ultimately uses the included visit.

 

If your case requires additional court appearances or you would like a Gig Restart Solutions Representative to attend an additional court date, additional court visits may be purchased for $149.00 per visit.
