Step 7: Service Purchase (For DMV Alliance Non-Members Outside DC, MD, VA)
If you are not a member of DMV Alliance Drivers Reactivation or are located outside of the DC, Maryland, or Virginia region, you will be required to purchase the appropriate reactivation service on the “Reactivation Services” page before proceeding with your case.

If you are located outside of the DC, Maryland, or Virginia region, you will be required to purchase the appropriate reactivation service on the “Reactivation Services” page before proceeding with your case. We will then complete the court documents, and if online filing is an option, we will process.
