All Sales Are Final

All payments made to Gigs Restart Solutions are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is submitted, no refunds will be issued, regardless of outcome, service usage, or the client's decision to discontinue services.

No Guarantee of Reactivation or Outcome

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not guarantee that your rideshare account will be reactivated.

• Final decisions regarding account status are made solely by the rideshare company.

• Legal or administrative outcomes, including court filings or restitution, are not guaranteed.

Fees paid cover time, preparation, coaching, and administrative services, not a guaranteed result.

Services Rendered

Once work has begun—including but not limited to document preparation, consultation, coaching, or correspondence—fees are considered fully earned.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after services have begun may result in:

• Immediate suspension of services

• Documentation being provided to the payment processor to contest the chargeback

• ​Clients who initiate a chargeback will be assessed a $250 chargeback fee, in addition to any applicable legal, attorney, and collection costs incurred.
