1. Services Provided

Gigs Restart Solutions provides administrative support, document preparation assistance, coaching, and advocacy support to rideshare and gig workers whose accounts have been deactivated by rideshare platforms (including but not limited to Uber, Lyft, and similar companies).

Our services may include:

• Review of deactivation notices and account history

• Preparation of written responses or appeal materials

• Coordination with third-party legal or advocacy partners

• Guidance and coaching related to small claims court processes

• Preparation of non-attorney court-related documents at the client’s direction

We do not guarantee account reactivation or financial recovery.

2. No Legal Representation

Gigs Restart Solutions is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.

• We do not act as your attorney.

• Any legal information provided is general information only, not legal advice.

• If legal representation is required, you may be referred to or work with an independent, licensed attorney or legal service provider, and any such relationship is solely between you and that provider.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Rideshare companies make final decisions regarding account reactivation.

• Court outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

• No outcome is guaranteed, including reactivation, settlement, or restitution.

Past results do not guarantee future results.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information

• Respond promptly to requests for documents or clarification

• Meet all court filing deadlines if pursuing legal action

• Follow platform rules and court procedures

You understand that failure to provide accurate information may negatively impact your case.

5. Fees and Payments

• All fees are disclosed prior to service initiation.

• Fees paid are for time, preparation, and coaching services rendered.

• Fees are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Court filing fees, service fees, and any third-party costs are the client’s responsibility.

6. Small Claims Court Assistance

If account reactivation is denied, Gigs Restart Solutions may:

• Assist with preparing small claims court documents

• Coach you through the filing and procedural process

You acknowledge:

• You are responsible for filing documents with the appropriate court.

• You represent yourself in court unless you separately retain an attorney.

• We do not appear in court on your behalf.

7. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously and will make reasonable efforts to protect your personal information. However:

• Electronic communications are not guaranteed to be completely secure.

• Information may be shared with authorized partners solely for the purpose of providing services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Gigs Restart Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services rendered.

9. Independent Contractor Relationship

You acknowledge that:

• Gigs Restart Solutions is an independent service provider.

• We are not affiliated with Uber, Lyft, or any rideshare platform.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to decline or terminate services if:

• False or misleading information is provided

• Abusive, threatening, or unlawful conduct occurs

• Continued services would violate laws or ethical standards

11. Governing Law
